Brittany Keller, a 2008 PHS grad, has been the treasurer for River Valley Schools in Marion County since 2020. She will start July 1 as the district's new treasurer.

The Pirates will face trial teams from 26 other Ohio high schools, and litigate DNA evidence in a murder trial.

Buildings
The Perkins Local School District includes four buildings – Perkins High School, Briar Middle School, Meadowlawn Intermediate School, and Furry Elementary.

The Perkins Local School District includes all of Perkins Township, as well as parts of Huron, Groton, Margaretta, Milan, and Oxford townships.
