Alison Judy, a mother of three Pirates, was elected to the Board of Education in November.

Another student won a Silver Key and seven others won Honorable Mention recognition in the annual competition.

The Perkins Local School District includes four buildings – Perkins High School, Briar Middle School, Meadowlawn Intermediate School, and Furry Elementary.

The Perkins Local School District includes all of Perkins Township, as well as parts of Huron, Groton, Margaretta, Milan, and Oxford townships.
