Need a place to walk or run? All Perkins Local School District residents, regardless if they have students attending the schools, can use the track at Firelands Health Stadium at Perkins High School.
The track is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Residents can access the unlocked turnstile gate next to the field house at the northwest corner of the stadium.
District residents, who are over the age of 18 and NOT Perkins High School students, can get an electronic key card that enables them access to the track from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, including Sunday.
Access is for the track and bleacher steps only. Visitors are prohibited from using the field. Visitors must follow the rules of the stadium. Please remember that there is no smoking in the stadium and no pets are permitted.
To get a key card, residents must download and complete this application, and submit it to the Athletic Office at Perkins High School. The cards are $5 and there is a $5 fee if the card is lost and needs to be replaced.
Please contact the Athletic Office at 419-621-2061 with questions.
