2024-2025 Activity Fee Information
The activity fee structure for Perkins Sports will continue for the 2024-2025 school year. This information sheet provides detail for athletic fees only for participants at Perkins High School and Briar Middle School.
PHS Athletic Activity Fees
Each high school athlete will be responsible for paying an athletic fee of $100.
Middle School Athletic Activity Fee
Each middle school athlete will be responsible for paying an athletic fee of $50.
The Pay to Participate Fee is due no later than:
Fall Sports: September 13
Winter Sports: November 29
Spring Sports: March 21
Checks should be made payable to Perkins Local Schools.
Payments can also be made online through your PaySchools account @ https://www.payschoolscentral.com .
The link can be found under the Links/Forms tab on the Perkins Web page. You may also pay in person at the Perkins High School Athletic Office or Briar Office with a credit card, cash, check, or money order.

Special Information

If an athlete is permitted to go out for a sport after the starting date, fee payments will be accepted after the respective deadlines.

Paying an activity fee does not guarantee any athlete a certain amount of competition contest time.

Fees are non-refundable with the following exceptions:
A.) Sport is canceled due to insufficient numbers
B.) Student does not make the teamC.) If a student becomes disabled prior to the first game
D.) Student moves out of the district prior to the first contest
E.) Students are academically ineligible to participate in the grading period prior to playing in any games.
F.) Payments can be transferred to another sport by request of the athlete or parent. - No refunds will be issued after the first contest of each sport.
Refunds must be requested in writing to the High School Athletic Director or Middle School Athletic Director. The refund would only be issued according to the above criteria at the end of the school year.
