Physical Exams For 2025-2026 Athletes

The Perkins Local School District Athletic Department will partner with Peds On Wheels to provide physical examinations for students participating in athletics during the 2025-2026 school year. 

Please complete this survey, so the Athletics Department can provide Peds On Wheel an estimate of the number of students who will take advantage of the program. Please consult the documentation below the survey for information about Peds On Wheels and its physical exam program.

The physical exams will be conducted from 4 p.m. to  6 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025, at Briar Middle School.
