Treasurer

The Treasurer's Office is responsible for the receipt, investment, disbursement, and reporting of all district funds. The Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the district and reports directly to the Board of Education. The Treasurer works collaboratively with the Board of Education and Administrative team to ensure funding is aligned with the District's Strategic Plan and academic achievement. The Treasurer also acts as the secretary of the Board of Education. 

 

The Treasurer/CFO is responsible for the preparation and presentation of various statutory financial documents, including the annual operating budget, bi-annual five-year forecast, the preparation of the annual financial statements for audit, and various financial reports. 

 

Additionally, the Treasurer's Office is directly responsible for daily financial management operations, including payroll, benefits administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset reporting.
