ProgressBook provides access to a student’s attendance, academic progress, and teacher contact information. This is a secure site and can be accessed through any computer or mobile device. Once an account is created, existing logins and passwords will continue to work for as long as a student is in school.
How To Create A Parent Your Account
NOTE: Please do not use your cell phone to set up your account. It is recommended that you use a full internet browser on a tablet or computer during the following set up process.

- Obtain the registration key sent from Perkins Schools
- In a web browser, enter the URL provided by the school district.
- On the Districts screen, select Perkins Local Schools. The system will remember your selection the next time you log in on the same machine.
- On the ProgressBook Sign In screen, click Sign Up.
- On the Sign Up screen, click I am a parent.
- Below Your Contact Information, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email (and you must Re-enter Email).
- Below Account Details, enter the following:
• Username – Must be letters and/or numbers (6 to 50 characters)
• Password – Must contain 1 letter, 1 number; 8 to 50 characters; is case sensitive; cannot match the username
• Re-enter Password – Must match Password
- Below Link Students to Account, enter the Registration Key you obtained from your child’s school district (if you have more than one child, choose one of them to complete this step). Then, enter your child’s legal First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy format).
- (Optional) If you have more than one child, click Link another student to account to add another child. Alternatively, you can link another child after you’ve logged in to your new account.
- Click Register. You can now log in with your new account.
Having problems accessing your account?
- Click “Forgot your username or Password?” and follow the steps provided.
- If your account is “LOCKED,” it will become available again after 10 minutes.
- If you have never logged into ProgressBook, you will need to create an account.
Parent Accounts
ParentAccess helps parents stay informed and engaged with their student’s education. The school provides a registration key that is needed to create a ParentAccess account. If you do not have this registration key code, please call your student’s school and the code will be mailed or emailed with instructions to create your ParentAccess account.
