Registration Information For Perkins Local Schools

Registration for Kindergarten, Preschool, and students living inside the Perkins Local School District is open. The window for Open Enrollment for registration of students living outside the school district is now closed. (The Open Enrollment period is from April 1 to May 31.)

Perkins Schools uses FinalForms for student registrations. For instructions on how to use FinalForms, see the instructions at the bottom of this page.
