Registration For Perkins Schools Now Open

UPDATED JUNE 1, 2023

Registration for Kindergarten, Preschool, and any new students is now open for Perkins Local School District.

The window for Open Enrollment for registration of students outside the school district is now closed. (Open enrollment registration runs from April 1 until May 31.)

Perkins Schools will again use FinalForms for student registrations. For instructions on how to use FinalForms, see the instructions at the bottom of this page.

If parents and guardians do not currently have access to a device to register through FinalForms, they should contact the building secretary and schedule an appointment to come to the buildings for help with the process.
