Thank You, Perkins School Board Members

Thank you, Perkins Local School District Board of Education.

The Board of Education members were honored as part of Ohio’s School Board Recognition Month during their regular meeting on Wednesday. Perkins Superintendent Dr. Lonny Rivera told members that he, the administration, and staff feel supported by the members.

“The staff just loves to see our Board members walking through the buildings,” Dr. Rivera said. 

During the meeting, the Board also elected Dr. Bradley Mitchel as president and Scott Hart as vice president. The Board also includes members Eric Lapata, Alison Judy, and Jason Dulaney.

The Board established the second Wednesday of each month, at 6 p.m., as the meeting time for its regularly scheduled meetings.

The meetings are in the Perkins High School’s Pirate Learning Center.
